Corona Virus Q&A

Hershey needed a way to connect employees to the corporate HQ and provide relevant information and company news

CHALLENGES

• Connect employees to the corporate HQ by providing information and company news

• Make the podcast easily digestible and interesting to engage employees out in the field

• Make a podcast that employees would actually want to listen to

SOLUTIONS

Q’d Up developed a plan to create highly engaging content that included interviews of key leaders within the company, product and service overviews, relevant case studies, and a Q&A forum. To ensure employees could easily follow and absorb the information presented, Q’d Up produced transcripts and show notes for every episode as well.

RESULTS

The potential audience is well into the thousands even though Hershey is in the nascent stages of this particular communications channel.  Q’d Up helped Hershey to build a devoted following and are now working on building a bigger following, through engagement with different audience groups, cross-promotion with other communications channels, and other strategic efforts.

SERVICES

No matter if you need help planning your season and scripting episodes, recording and mastering the audio, or managing and distributing each episode; Q’d Up can help with each step of your podcast production.

FROM THE CLIENT

“Over and above the enjoyment of the process of building our episodes, developing that relationship with the audience has been the most rewarding aspect of doing this,” said Rob Smith, the Pod’s host
